It appears that the Quarterly 10-Q are a templete and they just change the reporting quarter. The report itself reads the same every quarter, nothing changes. The financials do change every quarter. Take a look at the 10-Q's for the last 3 quarters, they all read the same.

I still can't see the filings costing 250K every time they file like RES says..
