No we won’t, because that is the reality of the matter. If I have a margin account and purchased 20,000 shares of JBII on margin those shares are available to borrow against. I do not own them because they are on the brokers margin. If I buy the shares with cash or close that position those shares are no longer available for borrowing. That is how it works in the OTC, it changes each day or by the minute because of the settlement of these margin accounts. There is absolutely nothing to conclude from the change in numbers each day.

That is about as bad as citing Daily Reg SHO data and saying shares are short or open positions...
