Looks like the NP-H1 is a carbon copy duplicate of the ASRock Z87E-ITX...the ASRock Z87E-ITX is in the UL Database but the NP-H1 is not...
Now here is a response I received from Foley. Notice the part in red. Maybe that's the reason their unit doesn't need UL approval. It already has approvel -- the other unit.:

I've answered this several times and this is the last time I will answer it.
The device has been registered and tested and certified by both the FCC and CE. UL is not required.
The certification was done by our contract manufacturer in China, not by us. You can do it along any point of the process, and we chose to have them do everything rather than send the units for us, get them tested here and then certified.
There is no gamble, there is no issue. Please stop insinuating that there is one. You've received this same answer from Investor Relations.
