2.49 PPS increase Friday 13th.... irrational exuberance ??

I hope many took that quick spike profit, as recent SEC filings show YRCW will dilute with 3 million shares onto market cap without warning to shareholders at any time.

My cautious side says this would have been well orchestrated move to allow large holder to dump their holdings end of year before things got worse for YRCW as far as having to do BK reorg or such in coming 2014...
