What this means is that the county is now supporting new bidders for the mine and not supporting the company(VHGI) anymore. This will make it near impossible for VHGI to regain ownership of this coal mine. It was always a gamble and a lot of us lost a bundle. They do have other property in Arizona, I think but rumors are that it's about worthless for gold mining.
If you are still holding shares hoping to recoup some of your loses, I think you will be holding for a long time. GLTY
