CR is not out of the woods yet, guys.

Please read his settlement with Itronics.

He was to receive over $8M in ITRO shares or cash.

NEITHER was paid out to him. I am 100% sure of this and have proof to back it up. This is just one of the many pieces of evidence I reported in a whistleblower complaint to the SEC about Itronics and their fraudulent CEO, Dr. John Whitney.

So my question to you guys is if CR did not receive $8M in cash and/or shares how was the settlement paid?
