In regards to woman/minority own business. They are all over the place. Initially the advantage of corporate contracts and tax rights off went to minority (Afro American, Native Indian and Hispanics). Then came the female rule. Im not certain but theres a point system as to how much leverage you can obtain. E.G a Hispanic woman own business has more leverage than a Hispanic male own business....

If your not an ethic minority they put the business under wife name to compete in this arena!!!
