In edit just near the open here entered SNDK at $22.53...

I doubt that they would do that. To manipulate these numbers too many people must be in "the know" that cannot be hidden. There are enough flaws in the data collection currently used to render these numbers suspicious when the preliminary come out, manipulating these will cause too much of a gap when the real number finally are seen by all.
