That costs money though. Im sure he will add staff as needed but also as sales permit. Theres always that fine line to walk.

Its easy to fall into the trap of blaming someone when things dont go perfect, when in fact there may be no relation whatsoever. This CEO has done a bang up job from what I can see in many areas. Its a great foundation to build from for sure, and thats all you can ask for. If sales keep moving up then id expect to see a position here and there start popping up in the office.
