I wouldn't trust those numbers given they changed T/A and there was some problem in the pinky filings where they couldn't decide if Asher still owned shares or not.

The filings are VERY sketchy since they filed to stop reporting to the SEC. VERY sketchy. and everyone says something different.

And any talk of "locking up the float" is pure nonsense on a non-reporting unaudited pinkysheet. those have been proven to be a totally losing scheme for the retail investors that get sucked into them. BAD IDEA!
