For the record, I don't believe the CEO is giving anyone the shaft. I do think, though, that this person needs help....either in bringing someone on who has more experience and assume the CEO role, or bring in people to compliment this person's management.

Good job getting it here, but it's time to admit limitations and do the right thing to fix the problem.

BIG...BIG...BIG mistake in Q3...inexcusable.
