Take Note, 2nd year Presidential Cycle.....

January to October, shorts PAY...return no better than 3% on longs, of note, short overhyped American stocks. Time to short all hype tops.......

October to December - up period 83% - load long in the face of any selloff.....this percentage is unreal!
