hanover didn't stop iR from selling assets. First, they sold the note to iR. IF that was a concern why sell the note. Secondly, they filed a notice of foreclosure as well. So that doesn't make sense. As far as using the same lawyers, I do remember that person posting that so from what I have heard hanover is out. So just wait and see.
