Here's some great DD.
Our mystery investor not only paid 535,000 at the first hearing with Judge Oing. But was willing to put up an additional 170,000 in escrow that day to remove IR's security interest. So all this talk about default this and rent/ slick vic that will be taken care of by our mystery investor. They decided to take over and back up all debt, default or not, the day they put up over 1/2 a million dollars. "So that the company can move on".
