Not much of a surprise- they said they would file an 8-k and they will likely need to do a restatement of financials to include that bond. I expect that the makeup of Fab Universal is still strong-real revenues-real bank accounts-real kiosk etc.etc. but at the same time it also has some issues they need to clear and get past.

I think Spencer will become active on Future Healthcare as publicly stated post-merger- around or near this timeframe we are in..nobody likes a quiet micro-cap and the pps reflects that- they are in to make money when the time is right we should see just that- hopefully that time arrives soon.. its a vanilla play with significant upside imo based on share structure, financials and they are still keeping it very hidden outside of the form 4 purchase of 100,000 shares it been all Q'S for the most part
