Given your thoughts on that matter how do you view the US Central Banks towards raising intrest rates?

Is it not correct to assume that the US's ability to lower rates is based on the ability of foreign nations not being able to find a more profitable return on their investment leaving them no choice but to buy treasuries. This game has worked well but how does this relate to our current economic enviroment. You have commented before that the Fed will have to raise rates(correct me if I am wrong here)sooner rather than latter.
If I sound confused...it is because I am.
