vero: I cannot imagine why YA was caught "unaware" about the reverse split or why NeoMedia investors didn't know the reverse split was imminent until two days before happened.

We haven't had dilution now for almost 6 months. This is what happens.

If someone buys the debt, I predict nothing will happen to price per share. We are just taking the debt and moving to another pocket. Investors know YA even if they dislike YA. A new investor will create uncertainty and new speculation of a reverse split.

I don't think it matters who holds the debt.
