Next with NBRI for the most probable reserve story to tell starts with the NI-43-101 compliant report at their Mt. Washington property on Vancouver Island which is in my opinion just a recycling of the old Pearlie property and also a defunct outfit called Bluerock, which went into uranium shortly after failing at gold mining and then POOF. Here is the weblink:

The actual NI report:

Here are the elements of this NBRI property that are not so attractive especially in regards to old reports.

Question for the board. Do these old reports come along with the acquisition of the property?
From the NBRI NI-43-101 report for the Mt. Washington property:

Reliance on Other Experts
Technical information in this report was derived from private company files, government
publications and published reports. Original source data has been used where available.
Reasonable care and diligence has been taken by the author to verify all historical information.
The author has seen no reason to doubt the validity and accuracy of this source data and
historical information, most of which was generated and signed by qualified, professional
persons at the times the work was done, prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. The author
is not a Qualified Person in some of the more technical aspects of environmental, metallurgical,
mill processing and land tenure issues, which may be of potential significance at the Mount
Washington Property. The author has relied in part on the expertise of professional persons
who worked on these issues in the past on the Property. No reasons have been seen by the
author to doubt the validity of this data.

Has this been filed with the Canadian authorities as well, or just put out for US investors in August 2013?
I fail to see how spending a few days on a property taking select samples and recycling old information constitutes a proper modern NI report. Correct me if I am missing something with this one.
What is up with NBRI and this NI report on the Mt. Washington property when they don't even have adequate funding to mine the Ruby? That is what has me wondering.
