One is going to REQUIRE a signed document with a stamped and sealed affidavit stating a complaint by a living, breathing Soul that can show evidence of a crime with both the plaintiff and witnesses testifying with first hand knowledge. The documents will be made out in the natural names of both plaintiff and defendent. No presumptions will be made PRIOR to determination of innocence or guilt.

The second case is going to have sheet form uniform complaint and summon filled out by an LEO who representing "the State" acts as both "witness" AND the deliverer of a summons, creating IMMEDIATELY a conflict of interest. You will go into court under the presumption of guilt , face three People all working for the same team, "the State", an artificial entity and creature of law that can neither undergo harm or testify on its own behalf, thus ADDING to the conflict of interest, wherein the officer will act as a witness, CONFLICT!, the prosecuter who will testify as if HAVING 1st hand knowledge, CONFLICT! and the judge will undoubtably practice law from the bench by speaking FOR the defendent, CONFLICT!, and the three of them WILL conspire, since they all BENEFIT from your "guilt" to pay the BILL OF PAINS AND PENALTIES charged TO the idemsonan for whom the defendent mistakenly believes is him, the man and is not told. Furthmore, his entire slate of Rights is TOTALLY diminished because they operate under the Roman legal maxim - "Let he who would be fooled, be fooled"

OUR constitution protects and secure our Rights. We can NOT be charged under statutory law. Only the idemsonan! This is NOT the common law and substantive and procedural "due process" is INCREDIBLY violated!
