longer than I care to admit. Also got crushed by the RS, but purchased more early on in the Cosman era, when it looked like he was really going to be able to make something out of this company. So, I would love nothing more than to see this stock at $5. But to think that is going to happen on Wednesday, just because they have filed the Form 10 is more than a bit of a stretch.

First, the SEC has to review the form and HTSC will have to respond to any comments. Only when the SEC is satisfied will the shares be eligible for listing.

Then, as you have noted, the shares need to be $3 or $4, along with other requirements, to get to AMEX or Nasdaq. I doubt that the trash company acquisition, alone, has the legs to get the price to that level. Again, that would be great, but I doubt it.

Getting to AMEX or Nas is likely a longer range goal. First they will go to OTCQB, then the OTCQX, and then, eventually, AMEX or Nas. It will be a process, just as Jeff appears to be in the process of building the company.
