2 bleed deaths are concerning though, both happened relatively early in cycles. I just checked ET data from last June, bleeding events occurred in 57% patients.

Good find - I missed the second bleeding death (GI) because it was listed as adjudicated by investigator as not related to treatment. But given the bleed rate in ET data ... .

I don't think it should compare to chemo unless they only want to treat very high risk MF patients as int-1, 2 probably belong to chronic disease category like CML.
