Which Constitution is the question?

The Constitution of original jurisdiction of the Republic established in 1776, constitutionally ratified in 1787?

Or the third version of the economic (commercial) corporate United States, Inc., first erected in 1871?

One is The Constitution FOR the united States of America.

The other is the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA...

Under the former, you are a Citizen of one of the several states and beneficiary to the full slate of unalienable Rights guaranteed secured and protected by the Republic.

Under the latter, you have State granted "privileges" as a U.S. citizen. Your only absolute "right" is the right to reside in a U.S. territory.
