re: to capture a screen snapshot

On my Windows XP I do as Posted by: 99Dan

1. press that "print screen button" (just before Scroll Lock)
2. press that "Window" keyboard key
3. click onto "Run"
4. input [mspaint] and press the Enter keyboard key
5. you are in the mspaint program

the above 1. step did that Ctrl-C type copy we do to capture text,
but here it captured the screen as an image, so now in the mspaint program
you can use the same menu options just like they are in a text editor,
as in, the Edit menu has the Paste option that will fill your screen
with the screen snapshot.

from here Paulie can help with the image edit functions
