I don't think Jim Rogers is being duped- all jmo I think the fact that he made more stock purchases post allegations with all that information out in the open even posted Alfred Littles report which he even posted on his twitter suggest there are 2 sides to this story/company and that he knows a much different side which just hasn't been presented as of yet to the public- and should be presented soon in a rebuttal- and as most I'm anxiously awaiting to see it to form a more clear conclusion and like most would have liked it out earlier but with all the legalities of the situation I'm sure they are being very cautious on every little detail
There are so many variables/possibilities that could exist. What I do think jmo is the Alfred Little Report is presenting some areas such as possibly piracy that need to be reviewed.. I do believe Fab is just licensing kiosk so the individual owners could be responsible for piracy and the loading of media content. The kiosk count in question is that Fab has only 3000 or 4000 kiosk not 16,000 but could they have thousands more of agreements already in place for cities such as Bejing? then Alfred Littles report of kiosk numbers with licensing agreements could be correct and off at the same time because agreements could be in place already but the physical delivery and set up still awaits.. I'm just not sure at looking at different scenarios and different sides of the story that may exist.
The bank accounts, revenues etc. should be able to be verified and audited and FAB uses top tier accounting which certainly isn't bulletproof but helps.
As For Future Healthcare and how it all relates I obviously know they share some familiar executives but the company was split off prior and its a separate entity with separate assets etc.
