a predicted 40 percent decrease in saes with a 15 mg. reduction in dose while maintaining efficacy is fantastic news if true. When was that released? I had understood that the issue of the mechanism of saes was very much uncertain and not necessarily dosage related. Is that poster presentation conjecture or based on data? Haven't read it yet.
