Very weird indeed. PLUG continued trading for nearly 2 years not meeting Nasdaq listing requirements?
Maybe PGRX appeal is successful and we see a similar move upwards like PLUG???
There is no denying the upside potential could be HUGE at these levels, however it really all depends if the company can secure financing for Holbrook “Project” and successful appeal to stay listed on the Nasdaq.IMO
