I'm not placing too much of an emphasis on the importance of Board of Directors as a catalyst to "greener pastures." Do me a favor, name 2 (non-company) directors of Apple. Now, once you google who they are so you can criticize a rare poster, tell me what benefit Apple shareholders have by having Al Gore as a Director? (Other than his having invented the internet)
At this stage of the company's life, I want management focused on enhancing shareholder value through development of incredible drug pipelines. Just my opinion. Thanks.
