Quirk has to take the sock out of his mouth and tell his investors the truth about what is going on with those old FPFI LOIs. I don't want to hear anymore of his excuses. It's long overdue for him to speak out about the delays. He didn't have a problem speaking out about the problems with the Indian Hills LOI. Why does he have a problem now? Hmmmm!
