timetomakemoney its not always that simple- If you are the CEO of a company with thousands of kiosk expanding into China and lets say you implement several policing policies on them and some of your counterparts still break rules does that make you a fraud also?... or are you the one at the helm who just receives all the criticism?

my guess is Fab will see a full thorough rebuttal and the market can decide how to approach that one.. but Jim Rogers a very astute investor purchased more Fab Shares post allegations if that tells you his comfort level in that company and he sits on the board and is privy to information that you and I are not.

FUTU has separate assets, separate balance sheet and the US management may have nothing whatsoever to do with any wrongdoings other than they are the management team.. its like If someone has brothers and sisters and they do something wrong doesn't make everybody in the family guilty and it doesn't even mean everybody knew every detail... In the meantime Spencer purchased 100,000 shares as shown in a recent Form 4 of FUTU
