Disregard, I found it. It seems as though they're deregistering with the intent to re-register though. They have convertibles, but not nearly as bad as ive seen, and have done some housekeeping. I dont think we should panic yet, this might be a pre-release move, however this is all my opinion from what I just read...

Ill wait a little longer.
