Trading of about 9 million shares this past month ...
Potential Bad: CSTI, and to a lesser degree ARCA, are I believe responsible for perhaps more than half of all the trades. This constant selling leads me to believe that some shareholder(s) know something we don't and they desperately want out, and I say desperately because just about every time those two MMs sell out of shares at one "ask" price, they immediately LOWER the next "ask" price ... this of course continually applies enough pressure to prevent any possibility of the share price from moving higher !!
Potential Good: There are many people buying who consider ADTM a good investment and are willing to hold for the long term. This could perhaps raise the shareholder count to a level that meets the minimum requirement for up-listing to the NASDAQ.
This trading pattern is more than just a little disconcerting to me, because it would mean the issuance of more shares at the current price than I initially thought and hoped for to consummate the Ember acquisition.
GLTA ADTM shareholders who are still hanging in there. I'm sure hoping for some real good news soon; meanwhile I guess we'll just have to endure this distinct and frustrating pattern of trading.
