You are incorrect. Shares hitting the bid does not mean dilution. Sellers and shorts hit the bid. And this all has NOTHING to do with a filing of an 8k to increase preferred shares. Nor does the 8k say the preferred shares are going to Dr. Victor. IMO SVFC is going to make a HUGE move north!! SVFC!
