I am not so sure about that. I have seen it elsewhere.

But a huge red flag about this operation remains unanswered. Since you say you have been to the site, can you answer why in the world a simple placer operation would require specialized ore recovery? Even if Noble were somehow a legitimate operation, what in the world could they contribute to a placer gold operation?
