I seem to remember reading this a while back. The current share price is below the .001 price which the "investors" may purchase up to 148,482,274 shares. Does anyone know if GLFE had to pay a "Liquid damage amount" as described in paragraph 4? Does seem strange that GLFE would make such huge concessions for the investors to raise $185,000 less any expenses incurred. It stated the proceeds would be used for general working capital purchases. Does that sound like a company that has ANY money to its name as of Jan. 18, 2013? This certainly would not cover the monies owed to SK Innovation by January 31, 2013 never mind the $997,500 owed by Feb. 15, 2013! Does anyone know if the monies owed to SK Innovation were ever paid? I can only hope for the best but it is hard to do so with the known information to date. I welcome anyone's take on the article or any clarification they can provide.
