Very poor P/R and connection to the Company's actual website that should show huge news announcements. Such as the recent news about Amazon now selling their products? Seems like the company doesn't want to handle the quick growth many of us were hoping for. Companies are lacking the FULL potential to market recent news. When a company has a new press release, why is not on their website for the current customer base to be informed. Also, how come they never seem to make that large of an impact when trying to tell the rest of the world "Hey, we are now selling some of the world's top of the line skin care products publicly endorsed by Julie Keller, Editor-in-Chief/Publisher, American Spa"
Those are the statements that make the company grow rapidly and handle the influx of market hype to become powerhouses in their industries.
