Intel has indicated that 7260 will ship in devices in 1H 2014 for the past few months. That would imply at least May shipments by
intel.
At the analyst meeting, Eul indicated that the previous day he committed the product two months early to a customer(maybe Apple). The customer asked for an additional month pull in. All of that sounds like late Q1 for shipments.
Merrifield and current LTE modem are shipping now.
Qualcom has indicated they will begin sampling their Cat 6 modem in 2014. That is pretty wide guidance if product was to also ship in Q1
