This Share price going down tells me share count and future payout happened ALONG TIME AGO, Any shares over that amount are a waist of cash. Keep those shareholders busy hoping and wishing for Justice as the Lawyers cut deals on the side with our Govt. and the shareholders get left with a big empty bag with rat holes chewed through it. Hope I'm wrong but our little checks have been made out and waiting to be mailed, They are not done trying figure out how to screw us out of the loot. Give them some more time to bill and add a few more Lawyer's and they will figure out a way not to send them out at all.
