Why are TSMC & Qualcomm forecasting lower utilization/weaker 2014

For TSMC the ongoing shrinking of the discrete GPU market is probably
costing them quite a few wafer starts.

For Qualcomm perhaps the huge build-out of LTE infrastructure is now
over its peak and IP revenue will drop proportionately as it tails off.
