Very Unlikely that we will see a Quarterly report in Feb. The SEC allows companies that are reporting their 10K to report the 10Q at the same time. Don't expect to see a 10Q until March 31st. There is no possible reason for the company to report the 10Q anytime sooner than the 10K. OTC companies rarely report 10k's/10Q's before their deadlines which for GZFX is march 31st. Joe
