What's up 1manband!! I had to reply to this as I am a substantial URHG shareholder. I like the word "purport". I have been a shareholder for 2 years. Trust me, I hate pinks as well. They are a dangerous venture. But after HUGE DD and traveling to the site, investing in URHG was a " no brainer." Go see for yourself and do some serious DD.
URHG is a junior exploration company which acquired "Dun Glen" open pit placer mine several years ago and is now FULLY permitted in the state of Nevada. And for a junior to have all permits and to build a complete mining operation is rare and impressive. After all, how many juniors really ever become "producers"? They again, have ALL permits which takes years to acquire. (laughing at the moment at the likes of NVGC being halted, what a joke.) URHG will be, thank god, a fully SEC reporting co. very soon.
As for URHG aquiring Noble? Well, Noble, now United Milling is a fully permitted Ore processing plant which will not only process "Dun Glen's ore, but other ore as well. Have you visited that plant?
It takes real patience to invest in a mining co., especially a junior. It takes years to permit and build a mine. URHG is done with all of that. The big plus is that you will NEVER see URHG on a "pump and dump" list. It will be a GREAT 2014.... And gold will recover as well...
Take care....
