According to one of the presentations on Petrons web site it is inferred that pressurizing the lease takes some time, I would think the 7-10 days is for them to start the process.

One more thing, I believe everyone has completely ignored the paragraph below

The company has 18 leases which it expects to implement CO2-EOR; Petron II believes the estimated daily production range for each lease is 30 -- 50BO/D.

According to Floyd breakeven is only 100BO/d
so conservatively we are looking at about 600 bo/d eventually.
