Just checked they increased the OS by 54 million shares in the 12 days between 11/6 and 11/18 and as of 11/18 it's 278 million.

So my 300 million OS is likely low so that makes a big move even more difficult.

It would be nice to know how many shares are going to be issued here.

Without that info it's all major speculation.

I don't think Floyd is not trying to make something out of this it's just a matter of fair value of assets and potential. There isn't enough solid info available yet to know.
