Id....the rain did start up again but stopped early this afternoon. I doubt we'll get more this weekend.

It really doesn't make sense, Id ...it happens EVERY time we have a heavy rain in this area. There are countless articles about the dangers of driving through any low water crossing, heavy fines if they do, and make it out alive...but still they do it.

Go figure!
