Chesapeake Corporation Declares Dividend

RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Chesapeake Corporation (NYSE: CSK - News) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.22 a share on the common stock of the Corporation, payable February 15, 2006 to holders of record at the close of business on January 23, 2006.
