I more than adequately conveyed that numerous companies have no issue (if that is a more acceptable word for you) with signing their customers up to MMR. That same thread also distinguished consumers actually interested in signing up for a PHR from numbers of companies that have signed up to offer MMR's PHR to their customers. (a point of PHR uptake market being less than stellar- true reason why revenue is dragging).
