Management is not looking out for you. Any company that authorizes 4-5 BILLION and issues over 1.2 BILLION while taking millions in ' Consulting Fees ' and giant salary raises cannot be defended.

The filing is going to hurt badly folks.

Long term, the company may make it, but the stock will get pounded. And as they issue more shares, it takes much more buying to get back to the same point.

Fluff PR's cannot save you from the filing.
