MIKP, ADCS, FDMF and SBRHD are all connected in a round about way. Mark Newbauer and Brian Kistler are involved in both. Brian Kistler is one of the best pump and dump artist there is. Brian Kistler. Mr. Kistler has extensive work history in the financial services industry. He began working at the securities firm Edward Jones in 1987 and over five (5) years increased his assets under management to $45 million dollars. Mr. Kistler then joined Linsco/Private Ledger in 1992, an independent broker/dealer firm, where he worked as an independent contractor. In 1994 he was recruited by broker/dealer Hillard Lyons to develop the northeast area of Indiana. During his time at Hillard/Lyons Mr. Kistler had assets under management of nearly $100 million dollars. In 1999 Mr. Kistler joined Raymond James & Associates to manage their recently acquired Fort Wayne, Indiana office. Subsequently, he became the manager of nine (9) Raymond James offices in Indiana. Mr. Kistler’s responsibilities included managing fifty-three employees. During his time as manager, the revenues and assets under management grew substantially as a direct result of Mr. Kistler’s ability to recruit, retain and train high quality financial advisors. Mr. Kistler left Raymond James in December 2005 to focus on the development of the Company. They were both linked to EESO that of course was a huge penny scam.
MIKP owns 590,000,000 million common shares and 110,000 preffered shares of ADCS of course MIKP is on the grey market and being investigated currently. The other controlling shareholder in ADCS is "New Opportunity Business Solutions" owned by Brian Kistler he has 360,000,000 common and 35,000 preferred shares. Below is the link to ADCS current financials as they just recently started filing and will be going on a pump and dump soon like SBRHD they may even have a reverse merger. These are all Fort Wayne scam stocks. But these guys are getting smarter and doing a good job at hiding themselves.

This link below is to a PR of the old scam EESO proving Brian Kistler came on board at EESO to help with the scam. You notice New Opportunity Business Solutions run by Brian Kistler in that PR

"I would also like to announce that I have retained the services of Brian Kistler, CEO of New Opportunity Business Solutions as Financial Consultant and Corporate Communications to assist me in planning out the future funding for EESO. Brian and I have known each other from the early days when I started ESI. With his knowledge of the markets I felt it was time to bring his expertise to the company. Brian's knowledge of how to structure financial packages so that they are as company friendly as possible will prove to be extremely valuable to the company. I want to clearly state that Brian is not receiving any of the newly issued shares," stated Hochstedler.

Kistler is a pump and dump king he is currently running the FDMF pump and dump.

You will notice Mark Newbauer owns 100,000,000 million common shares of SBRHD but the real kicker is he holds 9,500,000 million preferred shares which have a common transfer rate. If you look at the SBRHD financials They have been preparing for this reverse merger for some time. As the financials state that between december of 2012 and march of 2013 there were of 500,000,000 million shares transferred from notes to common by some investor. Those investors were never listed by name in the past 2 financial reports. However between those shares being transferred and now they were able to pump and dump those 500 million shares on the open market. Then now SBRHD just happened to have a reverse split. Well that did not effect the Mark Newbaeurs 9,500,000 preferred shares with an unknown transfer rate. So the amount of shares out there with SBRHD are unknown now. But given Mark Newbauers scamming past he is without a doubt still involved. I believe I have more to this story but I think this sums a lot up. Any questions feel free to ask or even please add to this.
