LOL. I used DC to buyout my partner in '07. You ain't got #*$&. HAHA. Even if deferred you still have to pay the taxes when you get it. It is not like you can defer the taxes forever. Why not pay the taxes at the lower rate vs the current higher rates? Huh! Gotcha!!!!!
