AT lawsuit and what I don't understand.

This is a California law in a California court.
How do you get damages for what happened outside of California?

I just can't get my head around this.

Let's say you get around the jurisdictional aspects
and win a 20 Brazillion dolar judgement.

How do you enforce it?
Is California going to send some CHiPs over to Korea and
seize property?

Are the CHiPs going to go to Texas and sell off Texas property?
Good luck with that.

Will the California court rule EMBARGO!
"No more memory for California"?????
