On March 19th, 2013, Mount Knowledge Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Forum Mobile Israel ("FM"), a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) and valued added reseller (VAR) of global-best-in-class cloud products and services in a share exchange agreement pursuant to which FM's shareholders would become the majority owner of the Company.
